Nico Schweizer is a founding partner where he leads creative brand strategy with eight years of marketing experience from world-renowned magazine The New Yorker. He oversees creative at all consumer touchpoints and his skills as a type designer (Lineto) and product designer (Momoll) allow him an uncommon user experience perspective. He has taught and lectured at The Cooper Union and ÉCAL and recognized by the Art Directors Club, D&AD and Society for Publication Designers (SPD).

Jennifer Wagner is a founding partner where she leads a range of projects in editorial and book design, branding/identity and art direction. As the former creative director of Martha Stewart Living magazine she honed the skills of visual storytelling, content creation and collaboration. She has been recognized by the Type Directors Club, the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA), 50 Books/50 Covers (AIGA) and the Art Directors Club and has served as a judge and twice Magazine of the Year nominee for the Society for Publication Designers (SPD).
